Today Nicola Forrest formally opened the new Early Learning Centre at Serpentine Jarrahdale Grammar School located about an hour south of Perth. The Centre was partially funded through the proceeds of a share gift to the school from Andrew and Nicola in 2011. The Centre represents the start of a broader early learning and engagement strategy for the school and reflects Minderoo’s Thrive by Five philosophy of prevention and early intervention. Other guests included Bishop Jeremy James, Andrew Hastie (Federal Member for Canning), Tony Simpson (State Member for Darling Range), John Erren (President Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale).
